Oracle FMW decommissioning
SOA Suite, OSB, WebLogic and WebCenter. We start by mapping what actually calls what, and finish with licences you can cancel.
SWEDISH GROCERY RETAIL
Systems integration · Automation · Legacy decommissioning
We build and maintain integrations for Swedish organisations, and retire the platforms that cost more than they return. Twenty years in business-critical environments, mostly in retail, banking and automotive.
Sectors we have delivered in
01 — SPECIALITY
Oracle Fusion Middleware was a reasonable choice when it was bought. Today it is often the most expensive line in the IT budget, and the one nobody really wants to touch. We map the dependencies, move the flows and shut the platform down once nothing points to it any more.
SOA Suite, OSB, WebLogic and WebCenter. We start by mapping what actually calls what, and finish with licences you can cancel.
SWEDISH GROCERY RETAIL
File transfers to customers, partners and public authorities moved onto a new platform. No deliveries lost along the way.
ONGOING · SWEDISH GROCERY RETAIL
Content and metadata out of WebCenter Content and older archives. We reconcile against the source afterwards, so you know everything arrived.
TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOCUMENTS MOVED
02 — EXPERTISE
APIs, message flows and file transfers between business systems. Built to run in production and be handed over to someone else.
CI/CD, infrastructure as code and operational pipelines, so nobody has to do the same thing by hand every time.
Data pipelines and reporting foundations drawn from source systems that rarely agree with each other.
E2E frameworks and regression suites, so a release becomes routine rather than an event.
Alerts that fire before the customer calls, and traceability all the way down into the flow.
Handling and migration of documents and metadata at high volume.
03 — FIXED-PRICE PACKAGES
Defined scope and a fixed price. No open-ended hours.

04 — METHOD
“Start doing something, and see the result as early as you can.”

Something that actually runs in your environment. Studies can come later, if they are needed at all.
SHORT LOOPS
We deliver in small steps. Most of it can be adjusted, and all of it can be stopped.
NO LOCK-IN
Handover with documentation. The goal is that you manage without us.
05 — ABOUT MONSTRATOR
Monstrator AB is run by Denis Schlesinger, a systems integrator since 2005. Behind him are long engagements at some of the largest companies in Sweden across retail, banking and automotive. The company was founded in 2016 and is based in Åstorp in southern Sweden.
Where this page says “we”, it means Denis and the network of consultants he has worked with over the years. When an engagement needs more than one person, that is where they come from, and it tends to be the same names each time.
A small company has the advantage that work starts quickly and that you always talk to the person doing it. Engagements on site in the Öresund region or remote, in Swedish, English or German.
The first meeting is 45 minutes and costs nothing. We look at what you have, and you get a straight answer on whether it is something we can help with.
